Phil Wade - Director

A career in real estate was never in doubt for Phil, with a childhood spent building lego towns, his passion for property has never been in question. Phil started his career in Glasgow in 1993 undertaking a property degree, before moving to the West Country in 1997 to join the Bristol office of J Trevor & Webster Chartered Surveyors (now Colliers International), and going on to rise to Director level with DTZ Plc (now Cushman Wakefield).

Phil, then went client side and joined Summerfield Developments in Taunton specialising in the development of various business parks and the acquisition of development land and investments for the group.

In 2012 Phil launched Katmar Properties Ltd.
